Every year, employees at Kemper take part in a large number of planned group training courses, covering topics such as hygiene, and occupational safety. Training: No future without young talent
Another integral part of our successful business development is the training of young professionals. As a large but regionally rooted family business, we strive to contribute towards development in the region by providing as many young people as possible with vocational orientation and training. Among other opportunities, we invite interested students to find out more about our wide range of vocational offers through internships. In addition, every year around 20 young people undertake seven apprenticeships and dual study programmes, kick-starting their careers in our company.
